Hola buenas noches, vengo a poner mi humilde opinión ya que yo y mi familia estuvimos ahy hospedados varias veces anteriormente si daban asco las habitaciones porque el encargado cuando trabajaba que era el señor Javier eran un cochinero aparte de que si le pedías aseo decía que no era su trabajo y en las noches no se diga no dejaban dormir.. PERO ESTA VEZ QUE VOLVIMOS A IR TENIAMOS MIEDO DE LLEGAR PERO HOO SORPRESA GRACIAS A DIOS YA NO TRABAJABA ESE SEÑOR AHORA EL ENCARGADO QUE ESTA ES MAS ATENTO,AMABLE JUNTO CON SU FAMILIA MUY BIEN SERVICIO LOS CUARTOS Y LOS BAÑOS TIENEN UNA SUPER MEJORA YA SE VEN DIGNOS Y QUE BUEBO QUE YA HICIERON CAMBIOS PORQUE ERA NECESARIO SUPER RECOMENDADO YA PUEDO DECIR QUE SI ES HOTEL FAMILIAR Y MUCHAS GRACIAS AL ENCARGADO Y SU FAMILIA NO LAS PASAMOS DE MARAVILLA

Hace 11 años que llegamos a ese hotel mi familia y yo. Nos trataron de maravilla y no tuvimos ningun altercado. Ahora quiero ir a mazatlan nuevamente y quiero llegar ahí. Alguien tendra el nunero telefonico por favor!!!

Soy el jerente del hotel oro si buscas con 300 pesos venir a mazatlan y exigir te recomiendo te vallas al ala sona dorada no sean tan vulgares y aki no robamos es más la jente k se va satisfecha
